Sneeze Guards Australia accepts money orders in $AUD only. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Sneeze Guards Australia cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

PRICE PROMISE

We're confident that our sneeze guard pro series prices are amongst the very keenest that you will find. If by chance you do find a genuine lower price for a 'like for like' product that we sell, our Lowest Price Promise ensures that we will beat it.

This Price Promise is only valid against genuine offers from a mainland Australian 'bricks and mortar' store with a 'buy online' website. It excludes retailers that only accept BACS payment. The products must be a like for like with our own product. This includes, but is not limited too, the size, weight and type of acrylic used, the inclusion of ancillaries (e.g. for fitting), and the charge for delivery to mainland Australia. The comparable product must be brand new and boxed, and have a comparable guarantee. The product must be available to order for delivery by mail or courier to mainland Australia. It must be verified in stock at the quoted price at time of purchase. Our price match promise excludes special or bespoke orders and it is only available on each product on a 'one per customer / business or household' basis. E&OE.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Sneeze Guards dispatch both Australian and International orders via Couriers. International orders are only accepted by prior written agreement with a Director of Menus Etc Pty Ltd . Delivery times can be up to 14 days within Australia (or more for some remote Australian locations) and up to 3 weeks for International addresses. Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Sneeze Guards Australia. International customers are advised to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order with Sneeze Guards.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sneeze Guards (and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sneeze Guards (and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

Sneeze Guards offer a 7 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition and are unused, in the original undamaged box including all original packing and inclusions. Sterile items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of AUD$10 or 15% (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return of items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. The purchaser is required to pay all shipping costs incurred in returning items to Sneeze Guards except in instances where the goods arrived faulty or the incorrect product was shipped by Sneeze Guards.

To arrange for the return of any item please contact us to arrange a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and to obtain the return shipping address. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned without an RA number. RA Numbers will only be issued where contact is made within 7 days of receipt of the item from Sneeze Guards. Returned items must be received within 14 days.

All goods returned to Sneeze Guards will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of Sneeze Guards or a refund issued to the customers credit card according to the customers instructions.

In the case of non-faulty goods returned to Sneeze Guards, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customers expense. Electrical goods have a 90 day warranty, we do not refund not replace goods after this date. We can not control power surges, incorrect usage or storage which may have contributed to the faulty appliance.

APPLICABLE LAW

As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the use of Menus etc Pty Ltd and/or Sneeze Guards (a trading name/form of Menus Etc Pty Ltd) and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. Any claim relating to Menus etc Pty Ltd and/or Sneeze Guards (a trading name of Menus etc Pty Ltd.), and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com, the services provided through Menus etc Pty Ltd and/or Sneeze Guards Australia (a trading name of Menus etc Pty Ltd) and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com, or the Content shall be governed by the laws of the state of Queensland and you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court on the Gold Coast in the state of Queensland, Australia.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of Sneeze Guards (and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com) with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to Sneeze Guards may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Use constitute the entire Agreement between Sneeze Guards (and/or SneezeGuardsAustralia.com) and you and govern the use of the Site. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
